So many advocates with disabilities continue to fight for our #Freedom and #Equality. Our work to secure access and equality for everyone in the disability community is far from finished. I am thankful for all those advocates with disabilities who fought their hearts out to pass this legislation. These laws have taught us that we can come together as Americans with or without a #Disability, to continue to #Advocate for legislation that protects the #CivilRights of Americans. Later this month we will celebrate the 33rd Anniversary of the ADA, #AmericansWithDisabilitiesAct. For many it's a celebration of our freedom and for other's we are still fighting for our independence. Today is July 4th, and we talk about celebrating Independence Day. ![]()
